Lovingly Signed Returns and Gift Wrap

All of our Gifts, except for our large storage baskets, backpacks, lunch bags, Moulin Roty and Hunter and Boo products*, come beautifully gift boxed in our free Signature Lovingly Signed gift box.

The box helps create that exceptional gifting experience and can be used as a memory, keepsake box for later.

Please note: you will receive one box per order, but if you’re purchasing gifts for more than one child, please get in touch before making your purchase and we will do our best to accommodate you.

*Products that do not come in our gift boxes will be wrapped in Lovingly Signed tissue and placed in a Lovingly Signed carrier bag for local orders. You can choose to add a gift box for a flat rate of SG$10 in the individual product listings, and we will place your order into the gift box. 


DELIVERY IN SINGAPORE

Delivery is Free of Charge for all orders to be delivered in Singapore.

We offer Free next working day delivery Singapore wide for all orders received before 3pm SGT. Deliveries will be made between 10am-7pm by our assigned delivery partner. Our dispatch timescales do not include weekends and public holidays. 

If an order is received after 3pm SGT, it will be dispatched for delivery 2 business days later. However, should you require an urgent delivery, please drop us an email at lovinglysigned[at]gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Lovingly Signed ships to any street address in Singapore, excluding restricted areas e.g. Pulau Ubin.


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Lovingly Signed ships globally. The shipping price will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery is done via our preferred courier service and takes on average between 4 to 8 working days. Please note we do not offer PO Box delivery, as a signature is required upon delivery.

Attempted Delivery or Wrong Delivery Address Provided

We know mistakes happen, but in the event of you accidentally supplying a wrong delivery address, we will do our utmost to change this if the item has yet to be dispatched. If however, a wrong delivery address has been supplied and the item gets sent back to us, we will have to charge a re-shipping fee of SG$10 for Singapore and SG$45 for International deliveries for each additional attempt. This also applies if we ship to the hospital and the mum has already been discharged.

If you wish for us to hold your order because you are overseas and won't be home to receive it, please let us know in advance, as this will also count as an unsuccessful delivery attempt, and we will have to charge a re-delivery fee of SG$10 for local orders. 

To schedule a convenient date and time for redelivery, please contact us at lovinglysigned[at]gmail.com. Redeliveries will be made between 10am-7pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) by our assigned delivery partner. 

 

RETURNS POLICY

If you change your mind, please don’t worry, you can return or exchange any non-personalised items* within fourteen days from receipt of delivery.

If you wish to return a product, you will simply need to:

Email us at lovinglysigned[at]gmail.com with your order confirmation number to let us know it’s on its way back to us.

Then arrange to drop the item back off at our office or have it returned to:

Lovingly Signed, 120 Lower Delta Road, #14-13, Singapore 169208.

Please note: Items must be returned in their original condition. 

Products not eligible for a return or exchange include:


If a product is faulty, we just ask you to take photo proof of the faulty product and the packaging it arrived in within two days of receipt of delivery and send the photo directly to us at lovinglysigned[at]gmail.com. For all faulty items, you will be offered a replacement or repair, or a full refund.

Any refunds will be credited back to you using your original payment method, e.g. PayPal, online credit or credit card.
