I ordered a jellycat jumper with pink toy’s jumper and bright pink thread for name’s embroidery. The quality is good however, the thread isn’t too contrasting so you can barely see the embroidery from a distance. I asked if it’s possible for an exchange after sending them the photo. They went above and beyond to help me have the perfect color combination for the jumper. I am so pleased with their service and their delivery is also prompt. Thank you! (I edited my review)
