LOCAL DELIVERY IN SINGAPORE
2 HOUR DELIVERY
On orders placed between 9.00 AM and 3:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) will be delivered within 2 hours of ordering. Orders placed outside of these times and on Sundays/PH that qualify for 2-hour delivery will be delivered within 2 hours of our store opening.

SAME DAY DELIVERY
On orders placed between 9.00 AM and 3:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) will be delivered within the same day. We offer FREE same day delivery for orders above $250. Orders placed outside of these times and on Sundays/PH that qualify for same day delivery will be delivered within the next working day.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY
We offer free next day delivery across Singapore (including hospitals) for all orders received before 3:00 PM SGT, on orders above $80. We deliver seven days a week.
Our office is open Monday to Saturday. If an order is placed on a Public Holiday, it will be processed and delivered on the next working day. For example, if an order placed on Sunday and Monday is a public holiday, it will be delivered on Tuesday.
Deliveries will be made between 9am-6:30pm by our wonderful in-house delivery team.

We offer a tracking service for your delivery. You can track and trace your delivery in real-time via a custom tracking link which will be sent to your email.
SELF-COLLECTION ARRANGEMENTS
If you prefer to personally collect the product rather than having it sent, leave us a message with your order in the special order note box or via WhatsApp at +65 8752 8601.
Our address is Lovingly Signed, Cendex Centre, 120 Lower Delta Road, #14-13, Singapore 169208. Collection Days: Monday to Saturday (9.00 am - 5.00 pm).
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Lovingly Signed ships gifts globally. Delivery is done via our preferred courier service and takes on average between 2 to 8 working days.
The shipping rate calculated excludes any customs or import duties required to be paid upon arriving at the destination country. Kindly provide your email address at checkout so that any customs or import duties notifications will be sent to you directly by the courier company.
Please note that we do not offer PO Box delivery, as a signature is required upon delivery.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY (LOCAL)
We always try our best to ensure that your orders get to you or your recipient smoothly. However, if the delivery address is wrong, the recipient has left the hospital or there were no instructions given to leave the parcel somewhere safe, we'll need to charge a re-shipping fee of SG$9 for each additional delivery attempt.
