Experience the ultimate convenience with free same delivery on orders over $250 placed before 3PM on Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

For local orders placed before 3PM, enjoy free next-day delivery on orders over $80.

Can you share a photograph of my gift box prior to sending it?

My purchase is a gift, can you remove the price tags/invoices and receipt from the package?

Absolutely! All our packages are lovingly gift-wrapped and come without any price tags, invoices, or receipts. It's ready to be given as a special surprise.

How do I receive delivery updates?

You'll receive two email updates: one confirming your order has been scheduled for delivery, and another to let you know when your order has been delivered. In addition, our driver will contact the recipient on the morning of the delivery to arrange a convenient time for delivery.

Can I request for the delivery to be made on a specific date?

Can I collect my order from your office?

Yes, you can!
