Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind every item we send. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of receiving it with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange collection and a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Where an order contains multiple items and only one item is faulty, we will replace the affected item only.

Change of mind returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and the security seal is unbroken. Once received and inspected, we will refund the product cost to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that the original delivery fee is non-refundable, and return postage is the customer's responsibility. Please obtain proof of posting — items remain your responsibility until received by us.

Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Personalised items — any item customised with a name, date, or message
  • Soft toys and plushies — excluded for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Opened baby items — any baby product where the original packaging has been opened or the seal broken, for the health and safety of our little customers
  • Final sale or clearance items

No formal exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. However, we genuinely care about your experience and will always do our best to find a resolution that works for you. If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out and we'll see what we can do.

Gift returns

If the item was purchased as a gift, both the buyer and the recipient are welcome to contact us to initiate a return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancelled orders

If you cancel before items are shipped or personalisation has begun, we will issue a full refund immediately. Please contact us as early as possible — personalised orders go into production quickly.
